Doodle to drawing exercise-
Partners or groups-
5 seconds to do a scribble- pass to other person
5 minutes to turn that scribble into some kind of Art
repeat as necessary

Divide your paper into 4 boxes
Draw a circle in each box
Using a timer spend 5 minutes creating a drawing using that circle as a starting point.
Share your results with a partner and discuss any similarities in theme you may have both done.
side note: You can use any shape as a starting point for this but the circle is a great one to start on.

On a 9x12 paper-
15 minutes:
Either solo or in a group of 2-3 use one of those drawings as a starting point-
Use the 9x12" paper and Fold paper in half- redraw a clean version image on top half
Create a 4 sentence biography/history/timeline for that thing. Write it on the bottom half of the folded paper.
Present to class- 2 minute max to explain and read your text.
15 minutes:
